Antonio Conte and Chelsea have suffered an injury scare with keeper Thibaut Courtois set to miss Belgium duty with injury.
The Belgian is set to miss his country’s friendly with Saudi Arabia, after missing Chelsea’s FA Cup quarter-final win over Leicester last weekend.
Conte explained last week why Courtois missed the fixture, telling BBC Sport that “It wasn’t difficult because Courtois was injured. He has a muscular problem.

“don’t forget Caballero has played every game in this competition and has played very well. I trust him.” added the Italian.
According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Belgium have been told that Courtois needs at least a week rest for the remaining league and cup fixtures.
Belgium manager Roberto Martinez had been concerned that the lack of a Winter break in England could hamper his teams chances of success in Russia this Summer.
The former Everton and Wigan boss told the Daily Mail.”One of the biggest issues is how you get the players who have been through the demands of the Premier League to refresh in time and then be up for major tournaments.”
“If you want to be competitive at international level, the players need to have a mental break in the winter.”
