Five Chelsea players who could be sold in the Summer

This Summer looks to be a transfer window of change for Chelsea, after what has been a disappointing season for the Blues.

Antonio Conte looks set to depart Stamford Bridge after failing to rediscover the form that led Chelsea to the Premier League title last season. The Italian has reportedly been unhappy for a while and looks set to move elsewhere.

However, several players also look likely to leave Stamford Bridge. This is down to a number of reasons, including a lack of game time and certain players falling out of favour under Antonio Conte.

Any new manager will probably also want to clean house of any unhappy or disruptive players before they bring their own signings into the side. They might also have to raise some funds for any potential incomings into Chelsea this Summer.
