Taylor-Crossdale eyed by League One sides

League One sides Fleetwood Town and Charlton Athletic are said to be interested in a move for Chelsea youngster Martell Taylor-Crossdale.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, the promising striker is being eyed by the two clubs, who currently play in the third tier of English football.

Taylor-Crossdale has enjoyed yet another impressive campaign with the Blues, shining in their youth ranks and continuing to impress after a strong season last term.

The 18-year-old has played for Chelsea’s Under-18 and Under-23 side and has netted on 20 occasions in total. This has seemingly piqued the interest of both Fleetwood and Charlton.

Taylor-Crossdale is being tipped for big things following his excellent consistency at youth level and Chelsea are understood to be determined to retain his services.

A move away for the young striker seems somewhat unlikely on a permanent basis but if he continues to flourish, a senior bow may not be too far away.
