Chelsea host Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool this weekend and it’s going to be vital that Rudiger and his fellow defenders are at their best if they are to keep Liverpool, and in particular Salah, quiet.

The Egyption scored when the two sides met at Anfield and the German is preparing himself for another battle with the Premier Leagues top scorer:

If I play, it will be a direct duel against Salah. The good thing is, I’m not slow!” He’s the most polite guy I have ever met in football. He’s a fantastic person. Of course you are always a bit surprised [when somebody does so well] but I know his ability, his potential and I knew he would be good for Liverpool.
