Manchester United winger Anthony Martial may only come to Stamford Bridge as part of a swap deal, according to the Independent.
United boss Jose Mourinho would be happy for the Frenchman to leave for West London but he wants Brazilian winger Willian in return.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with a bid for the 22-year-old, who has found himself out of favour at Old Trafford under the Portuguese.
Mourinho and Martial have never been on the same page, however, the former Chelsea boss is a big admirer of Willian and has been ever since he signed the winger back in 2013.
The deal would not be a straight swap, however, with a seven-year age gap between the two players, Chelsea would have to offer a player plus cash deal.
With Blues owner Roman Abramovich looking to freshen up an ageing squad, this could be a deal that very much interests him.
