Chelsea are competing with a number of German sides for 17-year-old Hamburg defender Josha Vagnoman, according to ESPN FC.
After making his senior debut at the age of 17 years and three months against Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, Vagnoman is now considered one of the brightest young talents in Europe.
The second youngest debutant in the history of the Bundesliga can play in both full-back positions, with his deal at Hamburg set to expire this summer.
Hamburg have offered the youngster a new deal, however they are readying themselves as they look set to receive a number of enquiries for the Germany Under-17 international.
Vagnoman’s rapid progress has gained him several other Premier League admirers, such as the likes of Everton and Arsenal, who could rival Chelsea for the defender this summer.
Chelsea have reportedly been keeping a regular check on the Hamburg starlet.
