Juventus will reportedly demand a sum of €63m from Chelsea if they are to sign Gonzalo Higuain this summer.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for the Argentina international, with former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri understood to be keen on bringing the striker in as he nears a move to Chelsea.
Sarri worked alongside Higuain at Napoli and the pair enjoyed a strong relationship, with the former Real Madrid star flourishing under the Italian’s management.
Higuain is an important player for Juventus but according to claims from Italy, as reported by the Daily Mail, the Serie A champions would be willing to offload the forward for a fee as low as €63m.
Chelsea are set to make attempts to land a top-quality striker this summer given Alvaro Morata’s shortcomings following his move last year, with Higuain understood to be an option.
Juventus are keen on Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi and selling Higuain would, of course, allow them greater funds to pursue a move.
