Chelsea announce new sleeve sponsor

Chelsea have confirmed that Hyundai as their new sleeve sponsors until 2022, according to the official club website.

Hyundai become the club’s new ‘official global automotive partner’ and as a result, will see their logo come into force on the Chelsea kits from the start of the 2018/19 season which gets underway in August.

It will cover all of the club’s kits all the way from the first team, youth team and women’s teams.

This is the first time that Hyundai have come into the club football market after spending a long time in the international football scene.

Olivier Giroud, David Luiz joined Tiemoue Bakayoko as part of the photoshoot to launch the partnership with the club.

Chelsea’s commercial director Chris Townsend OBE has spoken about the new partnership following the announcement earlier today.

We are delighted to be announcing our new partnership with Hyundai that will see this iconic brand appear on the sleeve of our match shirts from next season.

At Chelsea we pride ourselves on partnering with some of the world’s leading companies and we look forward to working closely with Hyundai as they seek to reward, engage and entertain our global fanbase.
