Eden Hazard limped out of Belgium’s World Cup warm up game against Costa Rica in the 70th minute.
The Chelsea star was replaced by Mousa Dembele and looked in some discomfort as he made his way off the pitch.
Before he limped off, Hazard was playing superbly well and looked to be in great form ahead of the World Cup.

As of yet, there is no word on exactly what the issue was for Hazard but he did look to be in some pain as he made his way to the bench.
Belgium’s first game of the World Cup is against Panama a week today and Roberto Martinez will be hoping that his star man is fit and firing.
Even though Belgium would be confident of beating Panama without Hazard, Martinez will want his team playing together as a unit in the game as he looks to get his side gelling together, something which previous Belgium managers have been unable to accomplish.
