Chelsea youngster Kasey Palmer is reportedly a loan target for Newcastle, Norwich and Birmingham City this summer.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, the youngster will be sent out on loan again next season, with Sheffield United also considering a deal.
Palmer spent the second half of last season on loan at Derby County after struggling with injuries.
The England youth international started last season on loan at Huddersfield, but injuries prevented him from holding down a regular place in the side.
The midfielder played a key role in Huddersfield’s promotion to the Premier League but missed out on the chance to make a mark in the top flight, something he’ll be hoping to put right.
Birmingham have been tracking the player for some time, after expressing an interest in him during the previous January window.
Rafa Benitez is looking to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season and Palmer could be seen as someone who could provide valuable depth.
