Chelsea are reportedly ready to offer Daniele Rugani a five-year deal to join the club this summer.
According to Alfredo Pedulla, as cited on Get Football News Italy, the Blues are stepping up their interest in the defender.
A five-year deal that would see the defender earn around €3.5 million per year is said to be on the table.

Rugani has been linked with a €30 million move to Stamford Bridge following the news that Maurizio Sarri is due to take over this summer.
The Italian international is a player that Sarri knows well from his time at Empoli and is someone he tried to sign for Napoli during his time in charge of thePartenopei.
Sarri remains a fan of the player and the Blues are looking to secure his services this summer.
Previous reports have suggested that Juventus would be open to a sale, but would prefer to receive around €40 million for the 23-year-old.
