Chelsea have told Manchester United they will need to part ways with Anthony Martial if they want to sign Willian this summer.
The Telegraph claims that the only way the Brazilian will end up at Old Trafford next season is if United agree to send Martial in the opposite direction.
Martial is expected to leave United this summer after failing to make an impact under Jose Mourinho.
Willian is being heavily linked with a move to both United and Barcelona this summer.
The 29-year-old fell out of favour under Antonio Conte last season and is now said to be considering his future.
The Catalan side are interested in bringing the player to the Nou Camp and it is believed Chelsea would prefer to sell to the La Liga champions.
Reports in Spain have suggested that Barcelona have already failed with a £50 million bid, with Chelsea believing they can hold out for higher as the player has two years remaining on his current deal at Stamford Bridge.
