On Wednesday, it was claimed by Italian news outlets that Chelsea had reached an agreement with Juventus over a deal for Gonzalo Higuain.
It’s believed that Maurizio Sarri, who looks set to be unveiled as the Blues’ new manager in the near future, is desperate to land the player as he gears up for his first season in English football.
However, it seems any move for the Argentina international will be difficult to achieve, with Higuain’s brother and agent insisting that the reports of an agreement between Juve and Chelsea were false.
