Chelsea are thought to be paying a fee in the region of €30m for Golovin, who is currently plying his trade for CSKA Moscow.

As quoted by Spanish outlet AS, Valeri Gazzáev said this:

Golovin will decide for himself where to move to and as far as I know, he has signed a contract with Chelsea. I think that it’s a really good choice.

I think he is ready. Considering that he is playing in the World Cup and has already played games in the Russian league and the Champions League.
