Chelsea could make a move for Juventus left-back Alex Sandro after the arrival of Maurizio Sarri.
The former Napoli manager, Sarri, is expected to officially complete his switch to Chelsea this week.
According to Calcio Mercato, Alex Sandro could be one of Sarri’s first signings upon his arrival in England.
The report claims that Gonzalo Higuain and Daniele Rugani are high up on his wishlist.
Rugani has reportedly agreed a contract with Chelsea and has been heavily-tipped to join the club over the past few weeks.
Calcio Mercato claim that Sandro is a target for Sarri, who managed against him in the Serie A last season.
Alex Sandro was left out of the Brazil squad for the World Cup in Russia this summer, with Marcelo and Filipe Luis preferred ahead of him.
Chelsea are eager to bring in competition for Marcos Alonso, despite signing Emerson from Roma in January.
