The two are set to join the London club with the fee for Jorginho playing a part in releasing Sarri from his Napoli contract, according to reports.
The two clubs have been unable to agree on a fee for Sarri, with Carlo Ancelotti replacing him in Naples.
Manchester City had reporteldy agreed personal terms for the midfielder to join this summer, but with Chelsea now offering more money, they have won the race to sign him.
De Laurentiis has confirmed that the player would prefer the idea of moving and living in London over Manchester.
