Former Juventus player and manager Fabio Capello believes Gonzalo Higuain will move to Chelsea this summer.

According to Football Italia, Capello believes Juventus have no choice but to sell the Argentinan striker following the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo.

I think Gonzalo Higuain is going to Chelsea. I think Higuain will leave and I think he’s heading towards Chelsea, where Maurizio Sarri is waiting with open arms.

It was confirmed on Tuesday that Ronaldo has joined the Turin side, but the Old Lady are now being forced to raise funds to balance the books.

Higuain remains one of their most valuable players, despite being due to turn 31 in December.

Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move to sign Higuain in a €60 million deal.

The player knows Maurizio Sarri very well from their time at Napoli and it is believed that there could be some interest in bringing him to London this summer.

Chelsea are looking to replace Alvaro Morata after he struggled to impress during his first season in London and he could return to Italy after one season in the Premier League.
