Juventus have reportedly made Gonzalo Higuain available for transfer following Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival at the club.
Calcio Mercato reports that the Old Lady have made up their mind and are now waiting for offers in the region of €55 million.
Ronaldo joined Juventus in a stunning €105 million move, which not only leaves them needing to raise funds but also raises doubts over the amount of game time Higuain would get next season.
Chelsea have been linked with the striker throughout the summer transfer window.
Claims in Italy have suggested that Maurizio Sarri could launch a move to bring him to Stamford Bridge, with Alvaro Morata continuing to be linked with a return to Serie A.
Milan, Inter, Juventus and Napoli have all been credited with an interest in Morata, but Chelsea’s stance on a summer sale remains unclear.
Higuain and Sarri worked together during their time at Napoli and are known to have a good relationship.
