Speculation has been continuous regarding Mount’s proposed move to Pride Park and it seems the final details are being concluded by the two clubs over a season-long loan deal.
New Derby boss Frank Lampard is believed to have identified Mount as a player who can contribute to his first season with the Rams, as the midfielder prepares for his first loan move in English football.

The 19-year-old spent the duration of last season on loan with Eredivisie side Vitesse Arnhem, where he enjoyed a strong campaign. Mount netted on nine occasions and was a key man for the Dutch side.
Mount has been tipped for big things and Chelsea will hope that he can return from his loan at Derby a better, more refined player.
