Chelsea midfielder Jeremie Boga is set to complete a permanent move to Sassuolo.
According to Football Italia, Sassuolo have agreed a €3m deal with Chelsea for the signing of Boga, with a medical set to take place in the coming days.
The report claims that Boga is set to fly to Italy to discuss personal terms and complete a medical before an official announcement.
Boga spent last season on loan to Birmingham in the Championship, where he struggled to impress – leading to Chelsea opting to sell him this summer.
The 21-year-old will now get his chance to impress in Italy as he closes in on his switch to Sassuolo.
