Carlo Ancelotti’s friend has visited Napoli’s training ground this week and revealed he is interested in signing an “interesting, young and important striker”.

Batshuayi is very much for sale this summer after struggling to maintain a regular place in the Chelsea set up and has just returned from a six-month loan spell at Borussia Dortmund, where he scored seven goals in nine appearances and was a temporary replacement for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
It is unclear at this time what sort of fee Chelsea would be willing to sell the 24-year-old for, but with the rumours speculating he will not play a role in new manager Maurizio Sarri’s plans for next season it is likely the Belgian will be exiting the Bridge either as part of a permanent or loan deal before the summer transfer window closes.
With Borussia Dortmund, Napoli, Monaco and Villareal all reportedly expressing an interest in lading the signature Batshuayi it is likely that an offer will head Chelsea’s way in the coming weeks.
