Milan could consider Reina deal despite his recent arrival

AC Milan could consider a deal that would see Pepe Reina leave the club, despite the Spaniard only recently joining the club.

Calciomercato reports that the Chelsea are due to hold talks with Milan over a possible deal to sign the former Liverpool shot-stopper.

The 35-year-old joined from Napoli this summer on a free transfer, but Milan are aware that they have the opportunity to cash in on the player and make a quick profit.

Reina is a player that Maurizio Sarri knows well from his time at Napoli and is believed to be interested in the prospect of bringing him to London.

Marina Granovskaia is reportedly due in Milan today for transfer talks and she is expected to meet with Milan in the coming days.

The report claims that Chelsea could pay somewhere in the region of €6-€10 million for the goalkeeper.

The Blues are looking to sign a replacement for Thibaut Courtois, with the Belgian edging closer to move to Real Madrid.
