Chelsea are set to make an offer of £30m for Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey this summer.
According to The Daily Mail, via The BBC, Chelsea are ready to make their move on Ramsey, who is facing an uncertain future at The Emirates.
The report claims that Chelsea will offer a fee in the region of £30m for the Welsh international.
Ramsey has one year left on his contract at Arsenal and is still in talks to extend his contract with the club.
Unai Emery is keen to keep Ramsey at Arsenal and sees him as an important member of his squad going forward.
The 27-year-old scored 11 goals in all competitions for Arsenal last season, including seven goals in 22 Premier League appearances.
He has made over 300 appearances for Arsenal since his move from Cardiff in 2008.
Chelsea are eager to bolster their midfield options and are keen on bringing the Welshman to Stamford Bridge.
