Chelsea will only make a move for Liverpool and Tottenham target Christian Pulisic if Willian is sold this summer.
The London Evening Standard reports that Chelsea remain huge admirers of the Borussia Dortmund winger, but will resolve Willian’s future before making a decision on the American star.
Willian is attracting interest from Manchester United and previously Barcelona, but Maurizio Sarri has made it known that he wants to keep the player at Stamford Bridge beyond the current transfer window.

Barcelona had tabled three offers to sign the Brazilian but signed Malcom as a cheaper and younger alternative when they failed to meet Chelsea’s asking price.
Pulisic has been attracting interest from the Premier League for some time, while Bayern are also thought to be keen on signing the player.
Chelsea have had the young winger earmarked as a potential replacement for either Willian or Eden Hazard after his impressive development in the Bundesliga.
