Musonda to force way out of Stamford Bridge on permanent transfer

Charly Musonda will attempt to force his way out of Chelsea this summer, according to a report by Sport Witness.

The winger has struggled to make an impression on the first team at Stamford Bridge, and has been loaned out twice in his Chelsea career.

A move to Real Betis in the 2016-17 season saw the Belgian make 24 appearances, but a subsequent spell at Celtic in 2018 saw Musonda grace the turf on just four occasions.

The 21-year-old has become frustrated with his lack of first team football in West London, and is said to be actively pursuing a permanent exit.

Anderlecht had reportedly been interested in taking the forward on loan, but the deal stalled after Chelsea demanded a supposedly exorbitant fee in addition to the stated wage contribution.

With reported interest now coming from Milan, Internazionale, and AS Roma, Maurizio Sarri may be forced to wave goodbye to the prodigy in a permanent capacity.
