Kepa is due to fly into London today as he closes in on a move to Chelsea from Athletic Bilbao.
Spanish outlet AS report that the deal is close with Chelsea agreeing to pay the goalkeeper’s full release clause, which is in the region of €80 million.
The 23-year-old is expected to fly into London with his partner and agents in the coming hours to put pen to paper on what could be a five-year deal.
The report claims that the deal could be officially finalised either today or tomorrow, but the Blues are confident that they have landed their man.

Kepa will join the club as a replacement for Thibaut Courtois, who is expected to join Real Madrid.
Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri was quizzed about the possibility of Kepa joining the club after the Blues’ final pre-season game against Lyon, but the Italian remained tight-lipped over the incoming goalkeeper.
