Bristol City have confirmed the signing of Chelsea defender Jay Dasilva on a season-long loan.

The club have confirmed that Dasilva has joined on a loan deal until the end of the 2018/19 season, following his season at Charlton last term.
Dasilva made 44 appearances for Charlton in all competitions last season, impressing as they made it into the League One play-offs.
The 20-year-old won three FA Youth Cups on the trot for Chelsea as he impressed for the club’s academy at left-back.
He now joins Bristol City to try to impress in the Championship and show Chelsea that he has a future at Stamford Bridge.
Joe Bryan is set to leave Bristol City to join Premier League side Fulham, with Dasilva replacing the Craven Cottage-bound man.
