Jose Mourinho has reportedly personally spoken to Kurt Zouma over the phone to convince him into a move to Manchester United.
According to reports emerging out of France, as cited on Get French Football News, the former Chelsea manager is keen to bring the defender to United as he continues to search for a new centre-back.
Zouma is out of favour at Chelsea and looks set to leave on loan once again this summer.

Everton had made their interest loan as they look to land the player on a temporary basis.
However, Chelsea are not interested in selling to a direct rival, as the Blues take a similar stance to how they approached United’s interest in Willian.
It was Mourinho who wanted to give Zouma a first-team place at Chelsea, with the young French defender impressing when given the chance before a long-term knee injury halted his development.
