Chelsea tracking Fulham youngster Harvey Elliott

Chelsea, Manchester City and Barcelona are all believed to be keeping tabs on Fulham youngster Harvey Elliott.

The London Evening Standard reports that his performances at youth levels have not gone unnoticed.

There is believed to be interest from some of the biggest teams not only in England but Europe as well, with Borussia Dortmund also linked with the youngster.

Potential suitors were said to be alerted by Elliott at a recent England Under-15s tournament in Italy.

Fulham are keen to tie him down already, but at the age of 15, he can only discuss a scholarship deal in January, giving clubs a window of opportunity before he signs a professional deal at the age of 17.

Chelsea have picked up a shrewd reputation for signing the country’s best young talents at an early age in recent years, but they could have a fight on their hands if interest in Elliott continues to rise.
