N’Golo Kante and Eden Hazard named in FIFA’s FIFPro World11

Chelsea duo N’Golo Kante and Eden Hazard have been named in FIFA’s FIFPro World11 at The Best FIFA Football Awards.

Whilst things didn’t quite go according to plan for the Blues in the Premier League last season, they did manage to win the FA Cup.

Furthermore, both Hazard and Kante performed outstandingly well in the World Cup. Hazard’s Belgium finished in third place at the tournament, whilst Kante was one of the star performers for France as they went on to lift the famous gold trophy for a second time.

The team in full was:

David De Gea

Dani Alves

Raphael Varane

Sergio Ramos

Marcelo

Luka Modric

N’Golo Kante

Eden Hazard

Lionel Messi

Kylian Mbappe

Cristiano Ronaldo

One surprise omission was ex-Chelsea star Mohamed Salah, now of Liverpool, who was voted as one of the best three players in the world last season, yet there was no place for him in the World11.
