Giroud not interested in move to Turkey

Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud is not interested in signing for Turkish side Besiktas next summer.

According to Le10 Sport, Giroud is not considering a switch to Besiktas when his Chelsea contract expires.

His current deal will see him become a free agent at the end of the season, although Chelsea may yet decide to hand him an extension.

Reports had claimed that Besiktas are interested in signing the French forward on a free, whilst Le10 Sport now claim that such a move would be of no interest to Giroud.

The striker is currently Chelsea’s first-choice in the Premier League, over Spanish forward Alvaro Morata.

Marseille are also said to be keen on a move for Giroud, but it is not mentioned as to whether or not he would be willing to go back to France.
