Chelsea target Max Aarons signs new Norwich deal

Norwich City have confirmed that Chelsea target  Max Aarons has signed a new long-term contract at Carrow Road this week.

Aarons has put pen to paper on a new five-year contract, to commit his future to Norwich.

The 18-year-old has had a superb start to the season, breaking through into the first-team and making ten appearances to date – scoring once against Cardiff in the League Cup.

Chelsea and Arsenal are both said to be keeping tabs on Aarons’ progress after he was called up to the England under-19 squad for the second time.

Jamal Lewis and Louis Thompson have also been handed new long-term deals after impressive starts to the season.
