Real Madrid willing to pay €120m for Hazard in January

Real Madrid have seemingly named the price that they are willing to pay for Eden Hazard.

AS reports that the Spaniard could push for a move worth €120 million in January if the club’s current form continues.

Real have struggled this season under Julen Lopetegui and there is a feeling that a big-money signing could inspire change at the club.

However, Madrid are more than aware of the fact that Chelsea are unlikely to sell their marquee player during the January window.

With that in mind, the report claims that Madrid would be willing to pay around €80 million in the next summer transfer window.

The Spanish side are hoping to land him at a cut-price deal with his contract running out at the club, in a similar deal that took Thibaut Courtois to the Bernabeu.

Hazard has been more than open in his desire to play for Madrid in the near future, with the Belgian yet to sign a new deal at Chelsea.
