Liverpool and Chelsea target Aaron Ramsey is open to joining a ‘top six’ club this summer, with the Blues watching his situation closely.
According to ESPN, Ramsey is refusing to rule out the possibility of joining one of Arsenal’s biggest rivals as he runs down the remaining months on his contract with the Gunners.
The Welshman is being heavily linked with a free transfer to Liverpool, but Manchester United and Chelsea are both said to be monitoring his future.

With the likes of Juventus also keen to sign the player, Arsenal fans will be hoping that the midfielder turns down Premier League interest to move abroad, but that may not be the case.
It has been revealed that the player will see out the rest of his contract with the club after failing to agree to new terms.
It had been suggested that the Gunners could move him on in January to avoid losing him for nothing, however, the player is likely to remain at the Emirates until the summer.
