Maurizio Sarri has reportedly shortlisted PSV winger Hirving Lozano as a potential transfer target for the Blues.
According to reports in Italy, Sarri’s side are expected to now enter the running to sign the player.
Manchester United, Barcelona, Dortmund and Everton have all been linked with moves in recent months.
Barcelona came close to signing the PSV man after the World Cup, but a deal did not go through.

Italian outfit Inter have also been linked with moves to sign the winger in the past.
Lozano was a star performer for Mexico in Russia, while he was also coming off the back of a standout campaign in the Eredivisie last season.
The 23-year-old has started this season in similar fashion, scoring eight goals in nine league games.
The winger is very highly thought of in both Mexico and the Netherlands and is expected to gather plenty of interest in the upcoming transfer windows.
Chelsea will be keeping a close eye on potential targets with concerns over the long-term future of Eden Hazard, who continues to be linked with Real Madrid.
