Chelsea are eyeing a swoop for Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez in the January transfer window.
According to Marca, via The Daily Star, Maurizio Sarri is keen to bring Suarez to Stamford Bridge, after failing to sign him for Napoli.
Sarri tried to sign Suarez whilst he was manager of Napoli, but now looks to make amends by securing a deal for Chelsea.
The report claims that Suarez is unhappy at Barcelona and is prepared to force a move away from Catalonia in the coming months.
Suarez has only made one appearance for Barcelona this season and is struggling to compete with the vast amount of quality midfielder that Barcelona posses.
Chelsea have been linked to a host of midfielders in recent weeks, with the likes of Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey heavily linked with the club.
This is despite the form of Jorginho, Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barkley this season.
