Chelsea are the favourites to sign Christian Pulisic, according to a report in the Guardian.
The winger has said that he is open to a Premier League move, although his current club Borussia Dortmund would be unlikely to let him leave cheaply.
Aged 20, the American has shown himself to be one of the brightest prospects in world football.
An exciting and direct wide-man, Pulisic is at home dribbling directly at defenders.
Numerous Premier League clubs have been linked with launching bids to try and land the Pennsylvania-born Pulisic, including Liverpool and Spurs. However, it seems that Chelsea are the most likely to acquire his services.
Quoted by the Guardian, Pulisic revealed his appetite to play in the English top-flight:
England, the Premier League, is a league where lots of kids dream of playing so there is no reason why maybe one day I won’t play here,
As you can see, we are having a great year at Dortmund and I am enjoying every moment of that. Then when the time comes for me to talk in the breaks about my future, then that’s when those things happen.

Pulisic has been a Dortmund player for four years now, and has seen drastic improvements in his game over the past couple of seasons. Make no mistake, the former Brackley Town youth product (yes, really) is a heavily sought after.
