Chelsea are set to face competition from Manchester United in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund’s Christian Pulisic.
According to a report from Bleacher Report, who cite claims made on Sport Witness, United have joined Chelsea in wanting to bring the player to the Premier League this summer.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with a January bid that would see the American arrive at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
It has been widely reported that Chelsea could pay as much as £70 million to agree a deal in January, with the club aware they could lose Eden Hazard in the summer.
With Dortmund currently leading the way in the Bundesliga side this season, the club are desperate to keep hold of the player as they look to end Bayern’s dominance in Germany.
Pulisic had previously been a key figure for Dortmund, but the emergence of Jadon Sancho in Germany has seen him become less of an influential figure for the Bundesliga outfit.
