Milan readying loan offer for Morata
Milan are reportedly interested in lodging a loan bid to sign Alvaro Morata from Chelsea in January.
Reports in Italy have claimed that the Rossoneri could come back in for the striker after missing out on his signature over the summer.
Milan were heavily linked with Morata when it looked like he could leave the club when Maurizio Sarri took charge.
The Italian outfit would go on to sign Gonzalo Higuain, who was also a target for Chelsea, but with the Argentinian struggling to set the world alight at the San Siro they could sign another forward when the window opens.
The report claims that they could now look to snap up Morata on loan with an option to buy him permanently.
It has been claimed that Chelsea will let the striker leave on loan in January, with Sarri deciding the player is no longer in his plans.
Chelsea may need to bring in a replacement before allowing him to move on to ensure they are not left short up front.
