Chelsea have been handed a major transfer boost following the news that Liverpool have cooled their interest in Christian Pulisic.
A report from Goal looks at the player’s future, amid increasing links to Stamford Bridge and they believe that Jurgen Klopp does not view the player as much of a priority as he has done previously.
Klopp is said to be pleased with the signing of Xherdan Shaqiri, who arrived from Stoke over the summer.
The Swiss international made the move to Anfield following Stoke’s relegation, meaning the Reds were able to pick him up on the cheap.
He has since worked his way into the side at Liverpool and impressed when given the chance, leaving Klopp to rethink his transfer targets.
Chelsea continue to be linked with Pulisic, despite the fact he is no longer a first-team regular at Dortmund as a result of the form of Jadon Sancho.
With Eden Hazard seemingly on his way out, plans are being put in place to snap up his potential replacement as soon as possible.
