Who can Chelsea draw in the next round of the Europa League?
Thursday night’s away trip to MOL Vidi may not have quite gone to plan, but the result was never going to be impactful on Chelsea’s route of Group L in the Europa League.
The Blues had the group won before a ball was kicked in the final game following their result in the previous matchday.
A heavily-rotated Chelsea side finished off proceedings in the group with a 2-2 draw in Budapest.
Chelsea advance as group winners, so on paper they are now preparing for what could be considered as an ‘easier’ draw, but that may not be the case.
The Round of 32 games are scheduled to be played on 14 February and 21 February.
There are never any easy games in Europe, but these are the possible teams that Chelsea could come up against in the next round:
Celtic
Club Brugge
Fenerbahce
Galatasaray
Krasnodar
Lazio
Malmo
Olympiacos
Rapid Wien
Rennes
Slavia Praha
Sporting CP
Shakhtar
Plzen
Zurich
