When Chelsea loanee Izzy Brown was taken off during Leeds United’s U23 game against Barnsley, there were initial worries that he had re-injured his knee.
However, as per Phil Hay of the Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds have confirmed that Brown was substituted due to a tight hamstring and that his knee is absolutely fine.

Brown tore his ACL whilst on loan at Brighton last season and as such, he missed a significant amount of playing time.
Chelsea are keen for the 21-year-olf to get himself fit again after the knee injury and then get regular minutes under his belt so they’ll be delighted to hear that his latest injury setback is not a significant one.
Leeds will be grateful too as they continue to battle at the top of the Championship, with their target of getting back into the Premier League starting to look ever-more achievable with each passing week.
