Chelsea could be set to lose out on transfer target Cengiz Under to Bayern Munich, with Arsenal also chasing the winger’s signature, the Daily Mail reports.
With Arjen Robben to leave Bayern at the end of the season, the Bundesliga giants are keen to secure Under as his replacement.
However, it is believed that the 21-year-old winger would prefer a move to the Premier League.
Tottenham Hotspur are another side reportedly interested in the Roma attacker, however they are said to have already had a £32m bid for the winger turned down by the Serie A side.
Roma value Under much higher than that value as they would have to pay his former club Istanbul Basaksehir 20% of any transfer fee.
The Turkish winger has been in fine form for Roma this season and both Chelsea and Arsenal are keeping tabs on the player.
Roma are keen to hold on to Under but may struggle to make it through the January transfer window if a Premier League side is to come knocking.
Under has 10 senior international caps for Turkey and has scored four times for his country.
