Juventus cool their interest in Chelsea target Tonali

Chelsea’s hopes of landing Italian youngster Sandro Tonali have been boosted with the news that Juventus are set to cool their interest.

According to reports in Italy, Juventus have deemed Brescia’s asking price too high, despite the player’s obvious qualities and potential.

Tonali is being heavily linked with big-money moves away from the Serie B side after establishing himself as one of Italy’s most promising talents.

The midfielder has drawn comparisons to Andrea Pirlo, both for his appearance and style of play.

He has already broken into the Italy senior squad this season and is widely expected to secure a big move in the near future.

Chelsea have been heavily linked with Tonali, while all of Italy’s big clubs are believed to be watching his development closely ahead of the summer transfer window.

Brescia owner Massimo Cellino has already made potential suitors aware that the club are not willing to lose the player on the cheap.
