Chelsea will demand a transfer fee of £100million for Eden Hazard if the Belgian decides that he wants to join Real Madrid in the summer, according to a report from Matt Law of The Telegraph.

Hazard is about to enter the final year of his contract at Chelsea, but the FA Cup holders will not allow the 28-year-old to leave on the cheap.

According to the report from Law, Real Madrid are still considering whether to make a bid for Hazard but they are monitoring his situation as they look for potential replacements for Luka Modric and Gareth Bale.

The report also suggests that Madrid could use Mateo Kovacic as a makeweight in any deal.

The Croatian is currently on loan at Stamford Bridge and should Maurizio Sarri decide that he wants to keep him on a permanent deal, then Madrid could include him in any potential deal for Hazard.

Chelsea would rather keep Hazard and have offered him a new contract, but as it stands, he’s yet to make any final decision about his future.
