Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is ready to reject a new contract at Stamford Bridge in order to secure a move to Bayern Munich.
According to The Daily Mail, via The BBC, Hudson-Odoi is set to turn down Chelsea’s offer of £85k-per-week as he eyes a switch to Germany.
The report claims that Bayern Munich are keen to bring Hudson-Odoi to the club this month and have had several offers for the winger rejected by Chelsea.
Hudson-Odoi came off the bench for Chelsea on Saturday as they lost 2-0 to Arsenal, with Alexandre Lacazette and Laurent Koscielny scoring for their opponents.
The Daily Mail claim that Hudson-Odoi believes he has a better chance at developing and progressing as a player if he leaves to join Bayern, rather than staying at Chelsea and signing a new contract.
Maurizio Sarri has handed him ten senior appearances so far this season, with his only goal coming in the Europa League against PAOK.
