AC Milan are reportedly interested in securing a cut-price deal for Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.
The Frenchman is currently enjoying a temporary spell at San Siro after struggling to impress during his maiden campaign in English football under Antonio Conte.
After a testing start to life in Italy, Bakayoko has emerged as a crucial part of Gennaro Gattuso’s side, and according to a report from Calciomercato, Milan are interested in securing a permanent deal for the player.

The former AS Monaco star has made 10 starts in Serie A this season and has also made a further five appearances from the bench.
Calciomercato reports that as a result of the improved relations between Milan and Chelsea, the Rossoneri are hoping to lower the agreed option to purchase worth €36 million ahead of the summer transfer window.
Chelsea are well stocked with options in the middle of the park, but following Bakayoko’s development in Italy, Maurizio Sarri could be keen to assess him ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
