Chelsea coach Gianfranco Zola had confirmed earlier today that the club had given Moses permission to speak to Fenerbahce, with the transfer now official.
Moses will now be hoping for regular game time in Turkey, after struggling for minutes at Chelsea this season under Maurizio Sarri.
The Nigerian international was a regular at right wing-back for Antonio Conte and was a pivotal member of the Chelsea team who won the Premier League in the 2016/17 campaign.
Cesar Azpilicueta and Davide Zappacosta have been keeping him out of the Chelsea starting line-up this season.
