Gary Cahill is likely to remain at Chelsea for the remainder of his contract, unless a club comes in and pays all his wages.
The defender, who is allowed to leave the Blues, was in talks with Fulham about a switch before the deal collapsed. With the only other offers coming from abroad.

However, according to Simon Johnson of the Evening Standard, Cahill is likely to remain at the Blues, with the defender not keen on a move abroad with his family at this late stage of his career.

The defender is a long time Chelsea stalwart, but has seen playing time being slowly reduced during the last two seasons.
Cahill has had to settle for cup competitions under Maurizio Sarri, and it looks likely to remain this way unless an English club comes in for the defender.
