Chelsea and Manchester City are among the teams battling to sign PSV youngster Mohammed Ihattaren.
According to Calcio Mercato, the Premier League duo are keen to sign the player, but face competition from Inter and Barcelona.
Ihattaren has been catching the eye with some impressive performances in the UEFA Youth League, a competition Chelsea know very well.

The 16-year-old currently plays as a central midfielder for PSV but is also capable of playing out wide on the right.
While he is not yet in the first-team picture at PSV, Ihattaren is highly regarded at the club and within Dutch football.
Despite his tender age, he has already represented the Netherlands at U19s level.
Should Ihattaren go on and make the move to Chelsea, he would follow in the footsteps of striker Daishawn Redan, who joined the Blues from Ajax at a young age and is now impressing in the club’s academy teams.
